This Edwards supporter doesn't care who John Kerry endorses. |
|
Who's with me? ;)
Kerry is entitled to his opinion on this election, he thinks Obama has a shot against Hillary, he thinks he can win, he likes his message so he endorsed him. Big freakin' deal.

1. Not an Edwards supporter (unless he wins the nomination, of course!) |
|
But I completely agree with you.

4. I don't understand the 'betrayal' thought process? |
|
Some were angry with Edwards when he decided to run saying he 'betrayed' Kerry. I didn't see it that way, either.

that either Edwards or Kerry have betrayed each other. They are both good democrats, and each offers different types of leadership to the party and nation. I think that it is best for both that they recognize it is now 2008, and not 2004.
John Edwards' campaign will not be hurt at all by the Kerry endorsement of Obama. It will help Barack Obama in some areas. But I think that in six weeks, John Edwards will be running stronger than he is now on the national level. And that's a good thing for everyone.

I agree, and I hope you're right about Edwards coming out stronger in the near future. :hi:

They're both adults. They're not married to one another; they ran together. They're cordial in public. That's about all I could ask.
In fact, I think it speaks well of both of them that they stand on their own. And that we have such a strong field that this is even a hot issue. Good for us.

5. I'm leaning more and more toward Edwards... |
|
He stands out on several issues. And unless I've missed something major, he's the ONLY candidate who has not set the groundwork for letting the criminals now in office get off free.

I could care less who supports who and what their motivations for doing so are. John Edwards is the best candidate for me.
