Mitt Romney looks like the front-runner to me. Well, kind of. |
|
He leads with wins in Wyoming and Michigan, and second place finishes in Iowa and New Hampshire.
This has given him the lead in delegates with 52 delegates as opposed to Huckabee's 22 and McCain's 15.
Not only that, but he and Ron Paul are the only candidates not ignoring Nevada. Don't be surprised if he wins there for not simply ignoring them, and picks up some more delegates.
The latest poll, from the not always reliable, ARG has Romney in the lead in Nevada.
From there, Romney hopes to get at least fourth or third in South Carolina.
From here, I'm not sure his strategy. In Florida, McCain and Giuliani are battling for first.
And on Feb. 5th, I'm not sure how well he'll do.
The Republican race is incredibly up in the air.
You think ours is up in the air. Sheesh, like at this mess.
What if Fred Thompson wins SC? And Giuliani wins FL?
Then they've all won at least one.
In any event, Romney's in the lead...right now...

2. I think he will win NV |
|
A lot of people do not realize this but Vegas was founded by Mormons, along with a sizable chunk of Nevada. Not that all Mormons will vote for him, but I suspect around 80%+ will. About 12% of Nevada is LDS.
