Bill Clinton was in one of the Casino caucus sites?
I just read that on kos. If so, it's beyond the pale. How fucking dare he complain about voter intimidation if he, the ex-President actually attended a caucus? I hope it's just a rumor and he didn't do anything that slimy.

1. If citizens are allowed to campaign at the sites what's your problem?

6. Anyone can be in the room. Only legal residents of a precinct can caucus. nt

4. Don't worry about it.
Caucuses are a strange way to do things, that's for sure. I actually agree with Clinton that holding them in work places (especially unionized workplaces) is a bad idea, regardless of the outcome.

If people are allowed to campaign, then what Clinton did was fine. Last time I checked, he was a person. :)

Let's just wait until out victory tonight.

9. You don't think the ex-President of the U.S.
brings undue influence into that caucus? I do.

11. Candidates/ex-candidates can visit the caucuses
caucuses are a bit like mini-conventions.

They are allowed in to give stump speeches during the caucus. Any candidate or candidate surrogate can do so. They do it all the time in my state (MN), too.

14. Thanks
I didn't realize from what I've seen of Iowa that candidates could do that.

17. It doesn't happen too much, but it goes on
I used to live in a precinct where we used to get a lot of those "wandering" stumpers on caucus night. At first it was cool to see the mayor, a state senator, etc. but after awhile it got to be a distraction. Especially after you've debated the merits of what universal health care plank should be in the platform

15. They're using their only weapon, and his name's Bill.
He wants to be in the White House again as much as Hillary and will stop at nothing to get there. The whole thing is obscene.

16. Link?
And did anyone keep video on him during the caucus? Which caucus... because if it was at Paris Las Vegas, that's sketchy.
