Are Clinton and Obama courting the Reagan Democrats in California |
|
with all this talk about loving Reagan? Thats my best guess as to what is going on as I have heard a lot of California Dems like Reagan. I suspect both of them actually think Reagan was a ass.

3. Obama never said he agreed with the policies of reagan |
|
Agreed it was a piss poor example to talk about change using reagan as an example
I also agree that both candidates would not agree with reagan's policies

5. Welcome to Scorched Eatch |

Clinton is courting anyone with a breath in their lungs that will get her elected.
She will throw the base under the bus the minute she is sworn in just like Bill did, but no worries -- there is nothing to see here. She knows whats best for us even if we don't.

The Reagan comments Obama made play very well in California.

7. If I recall RR won 49 states in 1984 (ironic year) |
|
Including California. He turned this CA county from blue to red and it has remained red ever since. So he must have had some nominal Dems voting for him. Maybe?
