Everyone needt to remember that the state popular voteis meaningless if all three are in til Denver |

Ity really is all about the Delegates. and where they get them from.
It it Bysantine.on the Dem side. ANd it is not unlike the Elecotral College on the state level. You have to win Congressional Districts more than you have to win the state as a whole. And Congressional districts can be split in terms of delegates... It is not winner takes all.
Microtargeting and tactical visits to rural disticts are just as important as huge ad buys in the 15 major markets.
Momentums is clearly important. The challenge on the othe side of SC and to a small extent Florida is how in the world you cover 22 states with such a small window of time.

Why is it so hard to understand a system that has been in place for more then a 100 years? It worked then, it works now.
