I am not sure I hate my faves opponents enough. |
|
I can't bring myself to really detest either Edwards or Obama even though I strongly support Hillary. I do find quite a few of their supporters here on DU quite obnoxious, however. But I don't think I should base my views the candidates on the fact that some, but not all, Obama and Edwards supporters piss me off. I do think the Kucinich supporters are a bit crazed for the most part, although some of them might be nice people.
Am I being too open minded?

1. I can't figure out if this is satire, or just a normal person looking for sanity on DU. |

2. All three are fine people. |

Many of Obama's supporters are, however, deranged and bloody-minded cultists with utter contempt for the truth.
A few Hillary supporters are repetitively rude, and pretty boring about it. One or two are serial liars and dividers, but many others are charming, decent and pretty quiet.
Edwards supporters are all over the map.

3. Yeah, you're being too open minded! |

Just kidding. I strongly support my candidate, but I don't hate the others. I certainly wouldn't base my choice on the behavior of any candidate's supporters, some of whom are borderline deranged.
I disagree with both Clinton and Obama on some issues, agree on others, but I think they're both strong, good people.
