MSNBC (Hardball): Clinton pulling negative ad; Obama *not* pulling his
This conflicts with what I read here earlier, which noted that Obama camp would be pulling their ad as well. Which is it?

1. Why should Obama pull his, It's telling the Truth
Hillary had to pull hers because she now sees her Honesty becoming a big issue.
Her ad was furthering the lies they have been telling about Obama and Repuke Ideas.
They were/are/will be catching major flack for it.

Why else would Hillary ever, ever retreat?

"Hillary And Obama Campaigns Both Pull Their Negative Ads
By Greg Sargent - January 24, 2008, 4:20PM
A truce in the ad wars? For now, anyway. Earlier today CNN reported that the Hillary campaign has yanked their radio ad in South Carolina hitting Obama for saying the GOP is the "party of ideas." The Hillary campaign is claiming that it was scheduled to come down.

Now the Obama campaign has responded in kind with their S.C. ad hitting Hillary for being willing to "say anything" to win. Obama spokesperson Bill Burton tells us: "Once we confirmed that Clinton was taking down her attack ad, we instructed radio stations in South Carolina to take down our response ad."'

5. I think Hillary knows that the "say anything" accusation is her Achilles Heel, and doesn't want
it to get any more popular.

11. You want to know why it's that way?
Unless you were sleeping or in a drug stupor the last 17 years you would have learned that the meme "Clintion is a liar" is a Republican talking point. It started even before Bill Clinton ran for president.

I hate it when Democratic or left-leaning voters repeat this meme, which IS a lie, when referring to a Democratic candidate and former President.

10. The Obama ad was a bunch...
of lies about Hillary. It WAS misleading, and about as negative as negative goes.

9. I'm sorry, were you counting on Chris Matthews for facts?
You're going to be disappointed.

Obama's campaign has been quoted saying that they pulled their negative response ad as soon as it was confirmed that Hillary pulled her negative attack ad.
