Hillary bounce in the polls because of S.C./Today's endorsements?
I was going to predict this but I am entirely unsure so I'll just ask. What does the DU community think about something that just popped through my head: Whenever the Clintons are threatened or attacked as they were in the S.C. vote and by the endorsements of the Kennedy family today, their supporters are always rallied. Impeachment, post Iowa, pre New Hampshire, the interval between the 1994 GOP landslide and Clinton's 1996 landslide. Could Hillary's supprters look at the news of the past few days, especially White women, and say "Hillary's in trouble again. We better rally to her?". Could we in fact see her get a sympathy bounce of say 3-5 points as people hate her being piled up upon, as it may look to some?

Or do you think that the Kennedy endorsement will make people say "hey, this guy really is the next JFK" and combined with his S.C. win, Obama gets a 3-5 point bounce.

I'm just trying to look objectively at this and I'd love to hear what people think the political impact of this may be. I'm not talking about what's right and wrong but just the politics of it.

2. It could go either way
I believe that this endorsement will not help much. The media is overplaying the JFK angle, and there are just so many superstars and famous name coming for Obama that I think it turns off the Cilnton voters or those leaning toward Clinton. It won’t change the poll too much. I am just the type of person that is more skeptical when famous people say this is good or that is good.

8. Because of the excess. Just like this last flare up. This was
played masterfully by the obama campaign and the mediawhores. most likely obama knew this and even gave approval not only play the race card but accuse the clintons of playing it and then with the help of the mediawhores convince blacks that bill clinton and hillary clinton are nothing more then bigots and racists. This is why? Taking a man and woman that has given their lives in helping others and making sure all are given a just chance....

You know if I could tell obama something I would say this to him. "All right obama, can I tell you something? We're gonna win this thing. We're gonna get the votes we need and we're gonna win this thing. And you know what I'm gonna do after that, I mean that very night, I'm gonna go to Sam & Harry's, I'm gonna order a big steak, and I'm gonna make a list of everybody who tried to fuck us.....
