Shame, shame, SHAME on some of you! A 'snubbed handshake' is NOT as important as |
|
the fact that both Hillary and Edwards have supported a war which has left thousands dead; that Americans are being squeezed by this Bush economy (and what, pray tell, have either of them done about it?); and that the environment is being destroyed.
To those who don't have their priorities straight: SHAME ON YOU.

4. Stop trying to distract people. Refusing to shake someone's hand never killed anyone. |

deaths of hundreds of thousands. Congrats, you won that one.

6. I think you should make thread #1000 about your outrage |
|
Jesus, there are more threads whining about this than threads about the stupid fucking handshake itself.

7. And your candidate has kept funding the war, providing the funds that have fueled the violence |

and has talked about missile strikes on Iran and Pakistan.
And one of his biggest backers made the same vote as Clinton and Edwards, which he helped defend when said backer was running for president himself.
And, he's proven himself to have little grace or professionalism when faced with adversity.

8. We have heard that we need to elect based on character |
|
and not on the meat of the platform of the candidates.
But the Obama supporters have ignored that. They are impressed by his charisma, his eloquence and, of course, his skin color. The media has given him a pass. No one questions his track record and his ideas. What the swifters did to Kerry will be like a walk in the park if he is the nominee.
Yes, he opposed the war when his opinion did not matter, but once he came to the US Senate, he voted in lock step with Edwards and Clinton and even Lieberman (I've heard).
Snubbing Clinton shows that he is petty and vindictive. Strange, coming from a person who promotes diplomacy.

11. I smell desperation in the air....again |
|
The best part of all this nonsense , is that it is all self-inflicted damage. Whether it is channeling Reagan, acting like a petulant brat in a debate, rude before a National audience, dealing with a political fixer, or bashing the left wing of his own Party, Obama has done all of this to himself.
To affix blame, he has to look no further than his own mirror!

12. Edwards is no longer a Senator |
|
so he has not been supporting the war as much as Senator Obama....who repeatedly votes to fund the war.
(oh yeah....and Obama's rude)
