Obamites: Has Obama "inspired" you to "change" your habit of voting Democrat if HRC is nominated? |
|
I plan to vote for any Democratic nominee against any PUKE come November.
I'll feel queasy about voting for Obama because he is weak on national security and he's become so obnoxious I wouldn't even have a beer with him but would vote for him anyway.
I've heard alot of supporters of the "unity" candidate say they won't vote for Clinton.

vote for Hillary is she's the nominee. I've already left the Dem party (to be an indie) because, imo, Obama should be winning overwhelmingly. That members of the Dem party cannot see the extraordinary opportunity it has in an Obama presidency...well, I'm done with the losers(for now). Enough is enough.

2. The only thing that would "inspire" me to not vote |
|
if I had to vote for Senator Clinton is Senator Clinton and her husband. They depress me. And I hate to say that after so many years of supporting the former president. And I've always wondered what "entitles" her to be president. Nothing that I can see.

19. Hmm, how about being nominated and elected? |

And the latter would entitle him much more than Dubya was.

22. The reason to not vote for HRC is ... Hillary. |
|
Those who so decide must then opt for someone else. Obama is HRC's main opposition at the moment. This does not mean that Obama causes possible "defections" if HRC is the nominee. The blame for that lies firmly with Hillary.

12. I'll vote for any Democrat, and if it isn't mine, hope and hope and hope |

...that the candidate doesn't get swiftboated by the Repug Rovian attack machine. All of the talk about Big Dog Bill making Obama sniffle has made me fearful of his ability to stand up to the attacks that are coming the way of any Dem nominee.
Also, whoever inherits the biggest mess in American history is going to really have to know how Washington works and be ORGANIZED. Obama mentioned in a debate that his main drawback was lack of organization, and we just had the kind of president who has to delegate everything and didn't understand how Washington worked (although Cheney did all too well, and it padded his vault with taxpayers' money). We need more than an empty suit a la GWB.
I hope that Obama, if elected, will be able to be organized and has an intricate understanding of how Washington politics operates across administrations (those that stay in place).
