If you really want FL and MI to count |

you should encourage them to set up another primary or caucus later in the spring, so that candidates can formally campaign there and set up organizations there. The DNC should at least help pay for it.
That way we can avoid an awkward scene at the convention and get an accurate count of who everyone in those states support, after having full access to the candidates.

It's not up to us, unfortunately. But they can band together and override the assholes running their state party mechanisms.
It's a Democracy still; even in Florida.
