McCain - Huckabee???
That's what they're discussing on msnbc ~ saying that McCain is dangling the veep spot in front of Huck.

3. I said the same thing to the Mrs. about 60 min prior to that
Huck will bring the religionistos into play.
And there is a decent chance their boy would be Pres through death.
Lookout, constitution.

4. It's a scary thought...
But makes strategic sense ~ a Southerner who can pull in the fundies and reassure those who see McCain as too moderate. YIKES!

7. McCain was sure kissing up in his speech tonight...
Talking about Huck's "good humor" and "grace" ~ I don't know.

8. ..and Huck is a Governor
.. so the logic will be that his executive branch experience will bring insight to McCain's senatorial perspective. And Huck is beloved of Evangelicals.

However, both are considered "too liberal" (read: they actually worked together with Dems at one time or another) in some GOP circles.

10. That's quite possible
I've been wondering myself tonight who might be the GOP VP.

Giuliani's angling for it. I wonder who McCain would pick.

I think Giuliani's more likely.
