A Backroom Deal has Been Made with Edwards Already...I wonder about that Attorney General Rumor Now |
|
A little while ago, people were talking about rumors that Obama has been floating the idea of selecting John Edwards as his Attorney General. But people wrote it off as the Obama campaign putting out false information to sway Edwards' support to his side. I'm beginning to wonder whether there was some TRUTH to those rumors after all. Let's be real, the timing of Edwards dropping out means something. It comes THE DAY after Clinton's fake "win" in Florida and is obviously positioned to take away the news appeal of her "victory." This is a strategic move that only helps Obama...not Clinton. Even though Edwards has said he won't endorse just yet...I believe he will before Super Tuesday. The next few days will be very interesting indeed.

This kind of crap is par for the course and entirely dependent on which candidate's juvenile-section supporter is talking. Same the other way of course.

10. Edwards supporters will be looking for the candidate who can rise above the petty |
|
Hillary supporters called Obama's Fl Campaign dirty, Obama supporters call Hillary's Fl win "fake". Edwards supporters are not impressed with this talk. We believe they both miss the message when dissing hate. I hope something has been learned by the campaign message of John Edwards. America has reached critical mass under Bush's direction. Its going to take much unity to restore this nation.

7. The Clinton "win " in Fla was sealed when the DNC froze the process |
|
Obama never got a chance to go and campaign there and he has shown repeatedly the ability to go from the teens to the 30's and wins.

millions of voters got up off their asses and thousands and thousands of them voted for HRC. No matter how hard Obama tries to diminish her win, the voters in FL just sent a message to the rest of the country right before Super Tuesday.

15. Edwards for Attorney General if either Obama OR Clinton is |
|
the nominee.
And, in spite of the bitter rivalry, Obama for Supreme Court if Hillary wins. Obama would also be a good choice for VP if Hillary wins. Don't think he'd take it though.
And an offer of a Cabinet post to Hillary if Obama wins.

because why would he quit so close to Super Tuesday? Why not just see what happens and drop out on Wednesday? There is some strategy to him quiting right now whether it be from the Clinton camp or the Obama camp.

17. I agree. A strategic deal has been made |
|
My guess, with Hillary Clinton. And, it had to be huge. I am thinking VP. Clinton could most benefit from the appeal Edwards has with rural areas all across the country. She needs him in the active campaign.
I am an Edwards supporter, and am not too surprised to see him going in a different direction here. I trust that direction to be one that is of real benefit to all those 'unheard voices' Edwards has been championing.
Go Edwards!
