7. So the Clintons represent the Dem status quo by...
being born out of the elite circles of political dynasties

by working hard all their lives to champion the causes of the poor and voiceless

by working hard and spending years in public service

by standing up and fighting the most sophisticated organized smear campaign (long before Monica)in decades

by beating the odds and becoming the first two-term President elected since FDR

by being befriending and comfortable with blacks and championing their causes openly

by taking on the powerful healthcare industry

by being friends with the insiders but also being able to stand up to them
