7. no kidding; that's political reality, unfortunately |
|
No way that Clinton is going to win the Presidency; I wouldn't lay good odds on Obama, either. The Democrats have done it again; they've managed to snatch electoral defeat from the jaws of victory. Ugn which is worse, President Mittens Romney or President Old Crazy Guy McCain?

|
In the general, I fear they'll go all "Reagan Democrat" on us if Clinton is the Democratic nominee.

That would seem to be contrary to JRE's pledge to keep fighting, and if that were his intent, it seems to me he would have endorsed Obama immediately.
But I guess we'll know more in the coming days.

10. He said he was making room for HISTORY in his speech tdday. |
|
The Media has structured their story as History. First Woman President First Black President.
Edwards was never part of the story except when some in the Media accused him of preventing a black man from being president.L. ODonnell M Dowd, you can list the others.
It was obvious that only Obama and Hilary count --the got the coverage.
It was time to step aside. I do not think it would be within his ethical standards to be put in the position kingmaker. Let the American People decide. He fought the good fight and I will remain grateful for his efforts to bring the party back to its roots.
