The Obama people are working hard here in L.A.
I've had 3 visitors to my apartment over the weekend at different intervals from Obama canvassers asking for my vote on Tuesday.

It's nice to see the enthusiasm. Maybe it'll make a difference in such a close race.

Anybody in SoCal getting any visits from any campaign?

I've called at least two hundred people and my assistants have called about the same.

It's not too late to sign up at the website or go to your local OBAMA office to volunteer.

3. I'm a PC too...
It is great to be a part of this. I live in, and have been
contacting people in a Retirement Village, loaded with
Republicans. I have been amazed at the "old folks"
positive reaction to Obama. It's well deserved, of course, but
unexpected. I thought I was the exception. I'm delighted.
 Who knew?

4. Does California have an open or closed primary?
Will the delegates be distributed district by district or at large based on the state wide vote?

Sorry I can't help you with the answers for my own state. I know we have a closed primary, that some delegates are chosen district by district and some are at large. What I can't figure out is why we select a candidate AND a delegate slate.

6. one may have been me!
This afternoon it's phonebanking, then canvassing this evening. And tomorrow....driving people to the polls. They are incredibly organized. It's a pleasure volunteering for this campaign.
