Why is it being called a "loan" to her campaign? Does she get the money back? nt |

9. I am not trying to be stupid and I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but I don't get it. Hillary |
takes 5 million of her personal money and puts it in the campaign pot. I assume that goes in with all the individual donations from everyone else. Then the money is spent on TV ads and campaign costs. So it is spent right? So how does it eventually go back to her personal money?

10. Campaigns funds often incur debts and stay in operation after... |
an election, still raising funds in an effort to pay them off.

14. Yes, all these people she is now asking for contributions will be paying her back |
the $5 million she loaned her campaign. (and hopefully paying the $5 million in carryover debt from 2007 that the $10 million transfer from her senate campaign funds didn't cover).
