I don't know if you're a Texan, madrchsod, but that incident was scandalous, and if there had been a Democrat running Justice, those judges would have been in deep trouble. There was ample evidence of direct, ex parte, communications between key Republican legislative leaders and the judges who put those things together.
They did Elbridge Gerry proud, and now, it's going to help Obama win Texas delegates.

The article referenced was about the gerrymandering of Texas State Senatorial Districts, of which there are 31, and which are the basic units for determining delegates to the state and national conventions.
