Link: State by State Comparison how well Hillary and Obama do vs. McCain |
|
The following is an excellent post that has data showing how Hillary and Obama would each do, state by state, in a general election against Obama. It also includes many valuable maps. http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/2/18/14139/1413/566/459120

It is so refreshing to read an OP here that focuses on our goal--winning in November. Thank you for the link. I would suggest that you re-read your first sentence, though. Don't you mean how both candidates would do against McCain?

that Obama would do better in Alaska than Hillary, although if it's Hillary versus McCain, a lot of Republicans here might stay home since they hate them both about equally. McCain only got about 1800 votes here out of 12,000+ who voted in the Republicans' presidential preference poll, and came in dead last. The Independents, though, who are the majority here, would probably go to McCain as the "lesser of two evils." The best bet for a Democratic victory in Alaska would have to be Obama.
