He just let Hillary boomerang herself with her childish catchphrase, then went straight back into gentleman mode, complimented her on her efforts to bring health care to all Americans while emphasizing he seeks to make sure all Americans can afford health care.

And the audience didn't like it.
Obama just finished correctly stating that people don't want ugly politics. Huge applause. Then Hillary makes a cheap shot. Audience boos.
