All the bickering result: Gallup-MCain now leads both Obama and Hillary nationally.... |
|
Are folks happy now? At times I get so frustated I want to just completely forget about politics and go back to being a robot. What's next? Hillary and Obama have a gunfight? And, McCain just sits back and smiles. http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/2008-02-25-poll-prez_N.htm

Don't dismiss them out of hand, McCain can be trouble. He shouldn't be, but he could be.

2. Relax... after March 4, when we unite behind our candidate (Obama), and the focus goes to McCain... |

4. Exactly, right now many Hillary fans swear they will vote for McCain but ... |
|
when they calm down and think about things like Roe v. Wade being overruled they will get on board.
Same with Obama fans- I'm angry with Hillary but I'll calm down and vote for her if she wins. Might not tell a pollster that I would right now though. :)

11. Hillary won't be done after March 4. Don't you get it? |
|
She will try and cripple Obama as much as she can. A strong Dem candidate hurts her future grasps at power (see '12).

|
and doesn't exit the race, then I will be banging the drum along side you, for certain.

3. As Gore learned, the popular vote means nothing. How is it state by state? |

6. National polls mean very little at this time. In addition, This hasn't changed |
|
the last time it was taken, Hillary behind mccain, and Obama tied
The truth is WHOEVER our nominee is, we will win in 2008, once people start to listen to what mccain says
Right now, most of those people just know of him as a person who spent time in a North Viet Nam prison

16. The survey shows Obama and McCain one point apart |
|
within the range of error. The Clinton/McCain contest is scarier and shows McCain beating Clinton with a greater margin.
