2. Let's not attack someone who
wants an honest discussion and critique. If we put our heads in the sand we will may get *bush via a valid election. Open feedback is not lack of support or ditching our candidate...its a way to win the election.

3. How did you like
the role reversal with timmy. Kerry said that timmy said there would be no money for Medicare etc by 2004/ He didn't have the film but he did the quote and rocked timmy boy on his ass.

Kerry was prepared, look fresh and Presidential.....sounded articulate, honestly critiqued his past comments as a youthful activist and used the needed reference of the "timeline" posture of the 70's.

7. More on Kerry turning the tables on Russert
Thw quote below is paraphrased, the transcript will be on MSNBC.com tomorrow:

Kerry said, Tim, I wish I had a button to push and put what you said on the screen. You said to President Clinton in 199x, (I missed the year) that Medicare would run out of money in 2001. Instead, Tim, we improved the economy and made Medicare whole until 2029. Then Bush came along and wrecked the economy and Medicare.

This has to be a first for any Dem. Russert, and other Repub slime, are always asking Dems about how their suggested programs will destroy America, as Russert had with Clinton 1i the 1990s. Despite massive evidence, they never ask the question to their fellow Repubs.

I believe that Kerry is the first Dem to turn the tables on Russert.

Kerry came prepared.
I'd give him an A+ for the interview!

4. Kerry did his job. It's time to do ours.
Obviously Kerry did better. But we have to say it or no one else will.

6. You're right
Kerry obviously did many times better than Bush, but you will never hear that on the mainstream media. That's why we cannot assume that the vast majority of Americans, who won't watch the MTP interview, will ever hear about how well he did. We need to speak up.
