RRRRRRRRRRRRRRREBOUND: Polls point to Barack blowout in NC, push in IN, GE win vs. McHundred
Edited on Fri May-02-08 08:33 AM by dmsRoar
Despite MSM's non-stop hatchet job on Barack Obama, he's bounced his numbers back up again and/or maintained his leads:

Zogby in NC: Obama 50, Clinton 34
Research 2000 in NC: Obama 51, Clinton 44

Zogby in Indiana: Obama 42, Clinton 42

CNN, Democrats nationally: Obama 45, Clinton 44
Pew Research, Democrats nationally: Obama 47, Clinton 45

And two head to heads with McCan'tRemember, in which each Democrat beats him:
Pew Research has Obama up 6% on McFreeGas (Clinton up 4 on him)
CNN has Obama up 4% on McHagee (Clinton up 5)

There is no other candidate who can withstand media-made scandals and smear campaigns like Barack Obama. Where would Clinton's numbers or McCain's numbers come in if Fox had been hammering them non-stop since Super Tuesday and if MSM took any interest in any of their scandals?

Obama 08

5. Well, Zogby's Been A Little Unreliable ...
Chatting yesterday in Chicago with some Obama folks who have been rustling up volunteers in IN, I've heard he's doing well in South Bend, has had a real tough time in Fort Wayne, and needs volunteers to hit Indy this weekend (if you were going to Merrillville, keep going south!).

Plus the Mark Kirk nomination shows yet another former DNC chair seeing the damage Hillary is doing and a clear movement to coalescing around Obama and ending this thing sooner rather than later -- but probably in Oregon in two weeks.

So keep running hard and don't accept the polls until the end of the night on Tuesday!

Spent 3 years in Indiana in Fort Wayne but traveled all over the state. Fort Wayne is a tough town for any democrat. City of churches...and strip clubs.

Tweety just said it perfectly, the ReTHUGS want Hillary to run, and people like Limpballs would rather Hillary win so they can go after her everyday...rather than defend a weak Jon McBush

55. Those people are not from NC and don't understand NC
Obama is very popular here.

The media focuses on the race in Indiana because it's close. We're somehow less important, even though we're bigger. Somehow, Indiana "matters" and we don't.

We will beat the poll-driven expectations through grassroots GOTV efforts.
