Families trying to make ends meet, lost health care, pension at risk, how to pay for college, make mortgage payments...

Not change for change's sake...lotta folks've been talkin about change lately....(applause)

We can't afford to play the same Washington games with the same Washington players

Democrats across the country say this campaign has been going on along time...we are GOING to be united in the fall...this party will come together...

We have serious differences, we are campaigning differently....our differences pale in comparison with our differences with the other party

Put an end to Scooter Libby justice and Karl Rove politics, warantless wiretaps etc

We cannot afford another 4 years of GWB policies in the White House

John McCain offers four more years of war....we cannot afford 4 more years (applause)

We have to make sure that John McCain's ideas of progress are not instituted any further...we can'r afford 4 more years of Bush/McCain philosophy. "Ownership Society" means You're on your own, tough luck (examples of who it's not working for)...

The question is 'what do we stand for?" "Who are we?" The challenges we face are more than the challenges of one person.

How many years have we been talking about energy, freeing ourselves from dependence on foreign oil...

Not This Time. Not Now. We need an extraordinary agenda. We need to offer a clear contrast for the American people. We can be a party that stands on principle....

A Middle Class tax cut...to deal with rising costs. To suggest that 30 cents a day is real relief. We are offering gimmicks....we are not presenting a response to the real problems

Invest in alternative energy, raise fuel efficiency standards....creating jobs related to renewable energy. We can save the plane by the way, in the process...

Senior citizens need relief

Invest in Infrastructure--billions in Iraq could be spent here

I believe in free trade, but trade that reflects the interests of Main street, not just Wall st

We've got a real choice in this election. I will not take money from lobbyists... if we are going in and negotiating a tax bill it should not just benefit the oil companies, insurance companies etc...

Lobbyists' days of setting the agenda in Washington are OVER.....(cheering)

We can ask the tough questions BEFORE we send our troops in to fight.

Nuclear proliferation, poverty, genocide, disease...we will address

I will be a president who supports the constitution, believes in the constitution and will support the constitution (cheering)

We can go before the world community and say "America's back"

We seek to gain not just an office, but the TRUST of the American people (cheering)

We want everybody black white hispanic male female gay straight under the banner of a new America

This is a defining moment. The American people are ready. We have plans to bring back good jobs to America, give each child the best, invest in early childhood education, paying our teachers more.....

Not just rhetoric, not easy to bring about these changes.

When I promise we are going to end this war in Iraq in 2009...

You can have confidence in who you want to answer that phone at 3 am

Theres been an attempt to make it about me....that flag pin, funny name, that ex-pastor of mine...

My values, my character...I was raised by a single Mom, my Dad left...I was raised by grandparents
My grandfather fought in the war...bought their first home with FHA loan...
My wife had the same story, parents never went to college but were able to send their kids to college and retire with dignity and respect...

My story is not possible, except in the US of A (cheering) First one person stood up for me, others stood up ...they stood up for Hillary Clinton too...

WILL THE DEMOCRATIC Party stand up for the next generation?
