Indianapolis in the state's center, Evansville in the far southwest corner, and Gary in the far northwest corner. Those three counties are not yet in as of 7:30pm EST, per Washington Post tracker here:

http://politics.nytimes.com/election-guide/2008/results/states/IN.html

Indianapolis: 785,000 citizens as of 2006

Gary: 99,000 as of 2005

Evansville: 121,000 as of 2000

(all numbers from Wikipedia)

Amounting to three counties with 1,005,000 citizens. Say half are voters.

Half of them turn out means 250,000 votes.

A third is 166,000 votes.

Fort Wayne is the other large Indiana city, with 205,000 citizens as of 2000. It went Obama early.

Interesting.

3. That's actually not that much of the overall population.
Indiana is not a state that can be won just in the urban areas.

5. Think about WHO Mitch Daniels is and you won't be surprised if massive election fraud is
part of the story tomorrow.

He's BFEE, Will. For at least two decades.

If you agree with Althouse, you can check North Carolina results here and Indiana results here.

Indiana:

Clinton 13638

Obama 15711

Haven't checked NC, but the info is there.
