Which is about .06 percent.
There are still about 18 000 provisional ballots to be counted which usually takes 10 days, because of BMV verifications

4. Rounding, its actually 50.89 and 49.11 by their numbers but they list whole numbers rounded |

So 49.11 becomes 49 and 0.89 become 51-49=2 Some funny math there on her behalf isn't it. More than a point made up out of thin air by rounding.
But again those number are behind, the spread has closed to 11 000ish
