How's the Summer Gas Tax Holiday Legislation going?

But, back to the Gas Tax Holiday. I'm not great at math, but a cursory glance at the calendar tells me Summer is 16 days away. And it was called a "Summer Gas Tax Holiday" so we should be getting relief by summer, right?

I mean, she's a leader, and she never stops fighting for us, so I'm sure it's going to happen. Just as all my neighborly Hoosiers who voted for her thought. I'm sure she'll deliver. Right?

Bueller? Crickets? Anything?

2. Not to kick my own thread, but I'm curious, and haven't heard a thing about it since NC/IN.

She promised, and so did McCain. When does this crucial legislation get out of committee and to the floor for a vote?

And why have we stopped talking about it? I would expect she'd deliver the Gas Tax Holiday to Hoosiers, at the very least. I mean, she "shocked the world*" and won Indiana, so I'm sure she's just all over that. Ready on Day One to Deliver Promises to American Workers. I can't wait, personally. I'd like to see her show some leadership.
