1. And let us not be surprised if there is a BIG (D) |
|
in Trent Lott's old seat from Mississippi. Former Governor Ronnie Musgrove is running and will be getting some national support.

2. Liddy Dole has accomplished so, so much. It's time for her to rest and bask in the |

glow of her innumerable accomplishments.

Thanks for the fantastic news. Is that a premium Rasmussen poll, or is it available to anyone? I find his methodologies questionable enough that I don't subscribe. In any event, any nonpartisan poll showing Hagan leading, so soon after her victory, is fantastic news. I used to live and work in North Carolina and found the election of Dole to be one of the most deplorable developments in recent Senatorial history. Not only is the famously and manifestly quite stupid, but she has absolutely no clue what she's doing, on any issue, which means she has surrounded herself with yespersons afraid to question her. Her biggest (or only) achievement so far, of course, was engineering the Democratic Senate wave in 2006. :)
I want her gone. Now.
