Hillary SHOULDN'T drop out! |
|
I'm launching this thread at the urging of a Hillary Clinton supporter....
Ok, I admit it. I launched multiple threads in the past proclaiming Senator Clinton should drop out.
The fact is I was wrong to do so. As a former Clinton supporter, I should have respected Clinton's wishes to carry on and fight forward. She isn't hurting anyone.
Any damage to Obama will be gone by November, as long as she doesn't stay in till the convention we'll have party unity and with hard work will defeat John McCain.
We're almost to the nomination anyway, so what could it hurt?
Let the rest of the contests play out. And then when/if Obama is the nominee, we'll rally behind him!

1. She will have to at some point. |
|
It's up to her to name the day. But, the Democratic Party will not unify until she does. McDubya will get a free pass until she does.

2. How can you be sure the damge will be repaired by November? |
|
The stakes are too high to take that sort of chance or to play guessing games.
