7. Winner take all superdelagates per state.
democrates apportion thier pledged votes in the primaries so superdelagates should have to go with the winner of the state vote. They are meant to be tie breakers.

In States and areas that voted Hillary I believe the SD should vote for who their voters wanted.

17. Last time I looked at it Obama was close to 60% .......
that was a few hours ago. Probably was hitting 70% when they killed it.
