Have you seen this delegate calculator at the NY Times?
http://politics.nytimes.com/election-guide/2008/results/delegatecalculator/index.html

It's very cool. You can push on the slide bar to change a candidate's % of remaining pledged delegates to see what % of the remaining super delegates a candidate needs to win outright.

1. That was fun... thanks... at 65/35 Obama... Clinton gets the "cannot win" message
Edited on Sun May-18-08 11:29 AM by Johnny__Motown
but if you move the bar for Hillary to win 100% Obama still only needs 56% to win...

4. Mrs. Clinton will need more than 91% of..
.. the remaining superdelegates to win
the nomination.

Whoa. That kind of puts it in perspective.

5. I tried...
..but there's no where I can move the goalpost to that would result in a Clinton win. A clear indication that this thing is completely flawed. <sarcasm>

8. You're assuming a super delegate's
support is set in stone. Not true until the vote at the convention.
Just a minor point.
