Thanks for posting it. I am a boomer myself, but one who thinks it's time for the country to move along from my generation and its discontents. I remember Wes Clark saying in 2004 it was time the country got past Vietnam. At the time, I wasn't quite sure he was right about it.

That guy missed Woodstock, Viet Nam, racial unrest, all the protesting going on in the 60's and 70's, just drank his way through it all and when he became President decided to limit peoples' rights and liberties. Guess it's a blood thing, royal or common. McCain would be he worst thing to happen to the U.S. since george II.
I think the article put too much emphasis on the generation a person grew up in and their ability to lead a country.

Obama is a pragmatist, I'll bet. I think he has a "get real" attitude because of his personal and historical experiences.
