1. Personally what I find the most interesting |

is that Gore pulled so low in the end of December. I remember quite a few people still liked him, and still do, and towards the end of 2007 he was a serious contender for write-ins.
But nonetheless, great graph!

2. I think Gore polled surprisingly well for a non-candidate. If he'd have run, I think he'd have won. |

Except that he had bigger dreams to work on his climate change campaign which he has grown to love. I think he's going to make a lot better difference doing what he's doing now rather than if he ran for President. He knows it, and everyone else knows he would have won again. But h just didn't want to, which is a shame. But you still can't blame the man for helping the world in another way.

3. Damn. That really does show how impressive Obama's insurgent run was. |

is how many people wanted "Not Clinton". As soon as Edwards dropped out, Obama essentially took over nearly all his support.
And then once he was one of the top two, in the news every day and people got to know him better, he overtook Hillary. (And she didn't do herself any favors of course.)

7. True. Her numbers didn't move up one inch when Edwards suspended his campaign; Obama's rocketed up. |
