"Obliterate", "Assassinate"; See a pattern?
This was no gaffe. It was a canned line that she used on more than one occasion, just like the "McCain has more experience" line, just like the "obliterate Iran" line, just like the plagiarism line, just like almost every other thing that comes out of her mouth.

She has been playing to that ignorant base for months now. The so called low information voter, the racists, the warmongers, the Republicans. When these statements get media attention, she is the "victim". She is seen by those ignoramuses as a victim of (fill in the blank) - Sexism, the liberal media, the Sinister Muslim Black Man Whose Middle Name Is Hussein.

Witness her die hard supporters in this very forum, defending that which is indefensible.

As BarbinMD at dailykos so eloquently put it,

But this isn’t the first time she has made this same, offensive comparison.

...

Once might be a mistake, twice and it’s a tactic. An offensive, ugly tactic from a failed campaign whose only hope is to raise the possibility that something might happen to Obama.

This was a shameless tactic. She has shown, once again, just how unfit she is to be president.

9. The loonier ones would prefer an old white man if they had the option
In the GE, they will have that option.

4. Malloy just mentioned this same point
Using violent words to do ANYTHING but condemn the violent acts themselves is vile.

5. Shameless is the word. And there is a pattern of absolute disregard
for the health and welfare of others.

That vaunted health care initiative when Bill was pres.? that was all about Hillary and her relevance, not about health care or working with anyone else. Which is why it failed.

She needs to leave, someone needs to intervene.

It's time.

6. K&R
She is shameless and vile. She knew exactly what she was saying. She was channeling her ugly core and desperation to win by any means necessary.

8. I wish we lived in a country
where somebody could run for President on the basis of how smart they were. I'm getting really tired of every Presidential campaign turning into nothing more than a gigantic dick-waving contest.
