of course..the source for this is the Washington Times, so...who knows?..but it appears that the Moonie Times were the first one's to report it..according to CNN. Crazy.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-New York, had unearthed information the Illinois Democrat and likely presidential candidate attended a Muslim religious school known for teaching the most fundamentalist form of Islam.

Insight attributed the information in its article to an unnamed source, who said it was discovered by "researchers connected to Senator Clinton." A spokesman for Clinton, who is also weighing a White House bid, denied that the campaign was the source of the Obama claim.

He called the story "an obvious right-wing hit job."

Third Clinton Volunteer Knew Of Smear E-Mail
A third volunteer for Hillary Clinton's campaign was aware of a propaganda e-mail alleging that Barack Obama is a Muslim who plans on "destroying the U.S. from the inside out. "Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential Candidacy," the email reads. "Please forward to everyone you know. The Muslims have said they Plan on destroying the U.S. from the inside out, what better way to start than at The highest level."

Two Clinton volunteers, Linda Olson and Judy Rose, have already been asked to resign from the campaign for their roles in forwarding the e-mail. The AP reported yesterday that Olson, a volunteer coordinator in Iowa County, sent a version of the e-mail to 11 people, including Ben Young, a regional field director for Chris Dodd's campaign. Young passed it on to the AP.

And one awesome U.S. Congressman. Come to think of it, he introduced Obama at the rally in Minneapolis. And with all of the guilt by association, clearly this makes Obama a Muslim (as well as the 20,000 people who attended the rally.)

There are a lot of "stuck on stupid" people out their who believe Obama was sworn into the Senate on a Koran when, in fact, it was Keith Ellison who used Thomas Jefferson's Koran when he was ceremonially sworn into the U.S. Congress. But you would expect half-wits to get things half-right.

Keith Ellison is one of the most compassionate, kindest and funniest people around. I'm sure Obama doesn't mind being confused with him at all. Even if Obama was a Muslim, it wouldn't make any difference.

With Ellison's sense of humor, I would love to see him do a campaign commercial for Obama teasing him for not using a Koran when he was sworn in just to emphasize that he was the one sworn in on a Koran and to give Obama a chance to reaffirm that he is a Christian not a Muslim. This would make the emails claiming he is a Muslim look as idiotic as they are.
