It's a sad state of affairs |
|
Edited on Wed May-28-08 05:20 PM by Brundle_Fly
listening to the Press ( specifically the MSM ) report that McClellan says the media dropped the ball on the war, and spending entire segments patting themselves on the back, stating that they think they actually did well.
It's a sad state of affairs when Katie Couric is the only voice of reason in the press... Good for her.
It's a sad state of affairs when Wolf Blitzer defends his own reporting on lead up to war, when he had Judith Miller on weekly, spreading her crap.
It's a sad state of affairs the media seem to be unable to report the fucking truth.

3. Earlier I heard Wolf Blitzer saying |
|
they had a full time reporter covering just the antiwar protests, and he reported that news every day leading up to the war. I don't remember CNN (or anyone) covering protests at all. To this day they refuse to cover antiwar protests. Wolfie is a little guy and he's gonna hurt his back throwing all that shit.
I agree with you, except I'd quibble with your last statement, "the media seems to be unable to report the fucking truth". I would say that the media refuses to report the fucking truth.

6. I begged Chris Matthews to tell the truth in an email, (before KO) |
|
and I even told him that if he was afraid of losing his job he could move in with me, but he never responded, he just kept on lying and covering for bush.

14. It's a sad agenda that McClellan is following. |
|
His mother is Carole Keeton Strayhorn, who pegs herself as "One Tough Grandma." It's my guess Scotty-Mouth is distancing himself from the bush administration, which has the effect of distancing his mother from that same clusterf*ck, the better to promote any future political aspirations she holds.
Scumbag. He knew as much and more than the rest of the media, but spoke nary a contrary word.
