He was never going to win by 10. That was silly. That would be an 18 point shift in spread from election to election.

SUSA has blacks at 18% of the VA electorate. They were at 21% in 2004. This year, they should be at least 23-4%.
That being said, the earlier SUSA poll pegged black turnout at 18% also so the trend is not great.
