(Probably) stupid question on Spanish language ads |
...We listen to Spanish language radio from time to time. Mrs. Robb is fluent, I'm barely understanding a thing. :)
Is it some odd part of the "must include XXXXX and I approve this message" law that makes that part in English? The whole piece I just heard was in Spanish, followed by (in English) "I'm John McCain and I approve this message."

2. It doesn't have to be in English |
Barack does it in Spanish. "Soy Barack Obama y he aprobado este mensaje".

5. What's the point if it is not in the "to be understood" language of |
the ad.
