Bad news is, I never got to vote against Bush. |
|
Good news is, my first ever presidential vote just went for Barack Obama :)

2. Does this mean you are an under-30 voter? If so, I hope you are an indication... |
|
that the young people are going to turn out to vote this year!

I had "turned" against Bush in 2004, but was 24 at the time, and I guess a "slacker," so I had never registered to vote. As the election drew closer, I started getting more excited, and finally decided to register and go vote...
...except in my state, you have to register a month before elections to get to vote. So, I never got to vote against Bush.
I did vote in the 2006 midterm elections, and voted in the Democratic primary this year. And now I have cast my first vote for president :)
Voting FOR Obama almost makes me forget about my regrets about never getting to vote against Bush.

3. Well, in the sense that McShame would have been a Bush 3rd term, |
|
you did vote against him. You voted for change and hope.
Congrats, btw!

against Reagan, Bush I, Dole, Bush II, and now McCain. It was all very satisfying. Anytime you get to vote against such horrible people is good.
