While Guam does not have any electoral votes they do have an advisory referendum. In 2004 Bush carried Guam by nearly 2-1, for no actual effect.

When I was stationed on Andersen AFB.
Great island, some weird politics.
There's also a lot of very weird ass shit that takes place there.
Kind of in a vaccuum.
