Just voted in Enid, Oklahoma |
|
I waited for an hour and when I left the line was twice as long as when I started. I have never waited in line to vote for anything. Even though I know all of Oklahoma's electoral votes will go Republican it felt great to vote for Obama. I took my African American/Caucasian niece with me. We went off into a corner and I told her where we would vote for McCain, then where we vote for Barack. She whispers, "Is that Obama?" I said "Yes!" and then we both giggled a little when we voted for Obama.
