What has happened to WV in the past 20 years?
It voted for Dukakis? Dirty coal industry propaganda and racism?

1. Yes. Heavy on the racism this year.
Plus add the religious right factor.

with no new people moving in, and young people moving out.

I love West Virginia.....I hope it comes back, but, right now, you can buy a house in WV for less than you'd pay for a decent Used Car in the DC area
