4. I'd like to see General Clark as SOS
He can't be Sec of Defense since he's not been retired 10 yrs. I think he's great at diplomacy. He's one that has been saying for YEARS to TALK TO THEM BEFORE WE BOMB EM. Seems to me both Obama and Clark are on the same page.
