How about a thank you for the Red States? |
|
It's easy to disparage those living in the Red States for not voting with the majority and electing Obama.
The reality is that a substantial percentage of people living there did vote for Obama and other Democratic candidates. They deserve credit for getting out and voting, even knowing that their chances of winning were very slim to none. It's easy to face a foe when you have overwhelming force on your side. It takes real courage to face an opponent and not backing down when you are aware of the odds against you.
Thank you brothers and sisters. We will not forget you.

2. I agree. I was amazed how at the slim margin of so many "red" states. |

it was really bad living in a red state that was considered so safe we didn't have many campaign stops by either candidate
