I just cannot believe that such an intellectual midget can get to the Governor's mansion in Alaska. It makes me wonder about that state. We now are getting information of how stupid Sarah Palin is, what a gross negligence of John McCain picking this idiot as VP. :wow:

19. Okay, well maybe she is slightly moronic...
If what republicans behind the scenes say is true about her (she didn't know Africa was a continent).

6. Supposedly, the Democrat they had before her was really awful.
They would have elected Sasquatch if he had an "R" after his name.

9. populism is usually an appeal to the common man where
common man is the guy who doesn't know or care about the complexities of running a government, the economy, social issues, etc. The common man's favorite tv show is family feud.

10. Another thread
I was reading another thread or OP (sorry no link) that said there is some real problems with the turnout numbers in Alaska. With Palin on the ballot they had something like 11% less turnout this year than 2004. Does that really make sense?

12. I almost feel sorry for McShame. How could he have known she
was so f*cking stupid? As Tweety just said, Katie Couric would have been roasted if she dared ask Palin a question like, "which countries are in North America" or "is Africa a continent?"

14. It's part of their whole rivalry with Texas over "who's the biggest state" thing.
Texas used to be the biggest state. Until Alaska came along.
Texas used to be the "oil" state. Until they started drilling through the ice.
Texas had a moron for Governor in the 90's. Alaska had to find a bigger moron.
