Biden Qualified for Presidency, Say Americans
November 30, 2008

(Angus Reid Global Monitor) - Many adults in the United States believe their next vice-president is capable of taking over as head of state, according to a poll by Rasmussen Reports. 70 per cent of respondents think Joe Biden is very or somewhat qualified to assume the responsibilities of the presidency.

In August, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama officially selected Delaware senator Biden as his running mate. Obama declared: "For decades, has brought change to Washington, but Washington hasn’t changed him. He’s an expert on foreign policy whose heart and values are rooted firmly in the middle class." http://www.angus-reid.com/polls/view/32332/biden_qualified_for_presidency_say_americans

One of the most important facts in this election: we got a qualified VP! Thank God we didn't end up with Phalin.

2. Of course he is! Obama is smart & actually puts country first.
Unlike McCain, who was only ever about winning the election. He stupidly underestimated the American public. I have to admit, that before she opened her mouth on the national stage, I was worried about the Palin selection. She really fired up their base - all of them! Then there was the Gibson interview, followed by the disastrous Couric interview & their numbers started to go down, as those in the base that actually have a brain, realized how horribly unqualified she is.

What scared me the most about Palin is her wacko religion. Boosh talks about religion & his 'higher father,' but we all know that boosh's first god is money. Palin likes money too, but her religious views are downright scary. She is the most frightening person to come that close to the White House in my lifetime.

3. Agree with you about Bush's first love being money. Sarah scared me because she
really does believe in all that wacko religious crap! Bush played the right wingers to get their votes, Phalin was serious about it. Thank God she will never get anywhere near the WH for the time being, unless she gets to visit there (yuck).
