1. Are you aware of the background and issues associated with this order? |

2. This is Phil Berg's request for a stay of the inauguration |
|
One of four different requests Berg has made of the court that has been denied.

3. Why is this joker even allowed to file petitions or use the court system at all? |
|
Aren't vexatious litigants basically banned from using the courts?

4. This loser should just send me the cash |
|
he flushes down the toilet with this idiocy. At least I'd spend it on beer and snacks for the Super Bowl.

Berg is an attorney and he's getting donations from the Birther cultists hand over fist. He files all of his own briefs, requests, etc. and pays no outside attorneys.
He even went on Ed Hale's internet radio program the other day claiming that a FOIA request for Barack Obama's passport activity from the State Department revealed that Obama's ONLY passport was the one issued as a Senator.
What he failed to tell the Birther Cultists, though, was that a FOIA request for passport data on an individual will yield only that data from a passport issued as an agent of the government. FOIA rules PROHIBIT the revelation of any private citizen personal data, thus any passport information for any private citizen is exempt from FOIA requests, thus all travel information from prior to receiving his red cover passport as a Senator is deemed private and thus exempt from any FOIA request.

although I do kind of laugh at the idiots that send him the donations. I find conspiracy nuts kind of fascinating, nothing will ever convince them that they are wrong.
I once tried to reason with a "they faked the moon landing" nut and it was the most frustrating hour of my life.

So far these case are batting 0.000. Not one court has even agreed to a hearing. I think a petion to discipline Philip Berg for filing multiple frivolous suits has been filed with the PA court.

9. Back to the Third Circuit for this case.... |
|
Of course, if/when they rule against Berg, he can STILL appeal it to the Supreme Court, since all SCOTUS did was defer a ruling in advance of the Court of Appeals.

11. It'll be throw out in the 3rd Circuit Court |
|
and appeals will be denied.
Again.
Maybe Berg will start suffering consequences for bringing frivolous lawsuits. He's made a cottage industry out of conspiracy theory lawsuits, after all.

At least with the Supreme Court that is. Batshit Crazy dentist/lawyer Orly Taitz's "Lightfoot v Bowen", in conference on Friday the 23rd.
There's also a birther case in Texas tomorrow.
And one of the birthers who had a case dismissed in Ohio, (Carol Greenberg), is whining because she's been ordered to pay court costs. She seems to think that such things come free......

And Ed Hale of Plains Network is making money hand over fist fleecing these wackadoodles. He has them contributing to him for more telephone lines (never have heard more than 1 person call in at a time and he is always pleading for callers), for radio expenses, and thru him for Dr. Orly Taitz ad Steve Pridgen, a WA lawyer who always has 'the' document that will put Obama in jail coming the next day, but it never seems to arrive. Listen sometime and go in Ed's chat room. It's quite the experience, actually pretty scary (and racist).
