I can't believe that Salazar only gets a couple minutes and Coors gets 10 |

on Fox 31 news. Of course, they have to give B.O. and Switch-horse their time too. What a bunch of hacks.

United States Senator (Dem) 247/421 58.67% Candidate Votes/Total Votes % Votes Dem - Mike Miles 10673/ 36,967 28.87% Dem - Ken Salazar 26294/ 36,967 71.13% Back to list of contests
United States Senator (Rep) 247/421 58.67% Candidate Votes/Total Votes % Votes Rep - Bob Schaffer 5306/ 15,722 33.75% Rep - Pete Coors 10416/ 15,722 66.25%
36,967 dems voted to the repugs 15,722 That means that the Democratic base is more mobilized than the repugs. Which means, possibly, that the democratic turnout will be higher, therefore more seats for us.

have to win in Colorado by winning a large number of the independent votes. Salazar has proven he can do so.
Thanks to everyone who voted for Michael Carrigan for CU Regent.

Not exactly a Republican stronghold. I think both sides are equally motivated, and we should get complacent or relax because of the high numbers of Dems turning out in Denver.
