So we drink more. In Carbondale or Springfield I can get the good beer for $2 a bottle. I have to pay $5 in Chicago.

I'm assuming that they meant cities of a certain minimum size. Don't know if it's still true or not.
Come to think of it, I was in a bar when I was told this...
