Have you all called your MP yet? |

I called mine (Paul Dewar) earlier today to let him know that I support the coalition. The woman answering the phone said that they're getting a lot of calls for AND against the coalition, so make sure you let them know where you stand!

Mine is a conservative, Mike Wallace in Burlington. I've left messages on the weekend, and finally spoke to a woman in the office today. Of course, he's "busy" or scheming, as I called it.... and she can't tell me if he supports all the motions this Reform party has put forward.
I told her my biggest issue right now, is the pay equity for women. I also grilled her about how she can work for an MP who supports this. She was completely oblivious, of course.
So I may have pushed too far when I suggested she had no self respect nor any respect for women, to be a party to this kind of policy.
I also left a vmail for his Ottawa office. So far, no callback. Big surprise.

I have also contacted the PM's office and the Governor General to voice my support for a coalition. I told her that we have a democratically elected body that is capable of governing on our behalf. Also, that Canadians should not be penalized another $300 million dollars due to lack of judgement from our existing PM.
I hope you will all email & phone in your support to the GG.
